Cosmetic packaging changes do not alter the coffee, roast, net weight, or other product specifications described at the time of purchase. Product availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the complete order total are shown during checkout before you submit an order. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Payment must be authorized before an order is completed.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not require us to accept or fulfill an order that contains an error, cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent, or violates these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Order processing and shipping

We are a small, family-owned business, and every order is prepared with care. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday may not ship until the following Monday. A shipping date means the date an order is handed to the carrier, not a guaranteed delivery date. We ship within the lower 48 United States. Shipping outside this area may be available by quote. Shipping prices may change with carrier market rates and will not be marked up beyond the actual rate charged. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address errors, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cannot ship within the stated or otherwise applicable timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Returns, refunds, and order concerns

We want order concerns handled without unnecessary hassle. Eligibility and available resolutions are described in our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any product back so we can review the order and provide instructions.

Intellectual property

Text, images, graphics, branding, product names, logos, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Suite C Coffee Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
